These policies are specific to Quality Gold’s Leslie’s Brand only. 46114K & 10K Gold……………….LESLIE’S BRAND LIFETIME GOLD GUARANTEE(U.S. Accounts Only)- The Karat Gold Guarantee only covers karat gold jewelry that is owned by the consumer, which has been accidentally broken, damaged or is defective.- The Karat Gold Guarantee is available for U.S. accounts whose balance is current and have shown activity in the last nine (9) months.- The Karat Gold Guarantee only covers item(s) that were purchased by the U.S. account returning the piece(s).- Quality Gold reserves the right to investigate any claim(s) of jewelry that does not comply with the Leslie’s Brand Lifetime Gold Guarantee return policy.- Quality Gold will replace the returned product with the same product, unless that product is no longer available. If the same product is no longer available, Quality Gold will substitute a product, selected by Quality Gold, of similar design and value or, at the customer’s request, send back the returned piece to the customer.- Any discontinued item(s) not shown in the current catalog cannot be returned or exchanged under the Guarantee program.- Merchandise returned for replacement under the Karat Gold Guarantee program can only be exchanged for the other merchandise and not for outright credit. STOCK BALANCE (U.S. Accounts Only)- The Stock Balance Program is granted to U.S. customers whose balance is current and have shown activity in the last nine (9) months. All merchandise returned for stock balancing must be in separate bags, must not have been resold to the customer and must be in brand new condition.- Any discontinued item not shown in the current catalog cannot be returned or exchanged under the Stock Balance Program.- All stock balance orders must be accompanied by an order which has both a positive weight and positive dollar ($) value. In the eventthat the order is of lesser value in weight or dollars ($), the value of the item(s) will remain on account towards future purchases.- All Stock Balance orders must be completed in a timely manner and customer merchandise will be held on account at Leslie’s for a maximum of 90 days.- The account returning the merchandise can only exchange product(s) that it has purchased. Any merchandise not purchased by that customer will be returned to them at their expense.- Stock balances submitted during the months of November, December and January may be delayed due to the holiday season.- Merchandise returned can only be exchanged for other merchandise and not for outright credit(s).QUANTITY LIMITATIONSThe total combined return(s) for any twelve (12) month period, under the stock balance and guarantee programs, shall not exceed 100% of net purchases of the previous rolling twelve (12) month period.SILVER COLLECTIONS by LESLIE’S- Throughout the Leslie’s collection, sterling silver is Rhodium-plated (silver), Ruthenium-plated (black), or Gold-tone or Rose-tone.- The Silver Collections by Leslie’s cannot be exchanged under the Leslie’s Lifetime Guarantee Program.- For U.S. accounts, The Silver Collections can only be exchanged under the Stock Balance program on a 3 to 1 basis, for other Silver products. It must be unsold and in new condition. - Sterling Silver merchandise has no warranty. Inspect all silver merchandiseupon receipt for defects.
